Q. How do I access my membership info?
Great question! you can log into (menu > Login/Register) your mindbody account through our website. If you have never created a login, follow the prompts and make sure you use the email you put on your profile when creating it. If you are on a mobile device, make sure to X out of the prompt to download the mindbody app. The app will not allow you to see all of your account information for your gym membership.
Q. How do I see the class schedule?
Click here and it will take you to the home page where the class schedule is built into the site!
Q. If I do a 12 month option, does that mean I have to pay for the entire year upfront?
No! This is actually a common question and you do not have to pay for the 12 months at once. By selecting the 12 month option you are simply committing to your fitness/weight loss journey for a year. Because you make a commitment, we give you a $10/month discount!
Q. How do I cancel or freeze my membership?
All good things must come to an end! And if you remember from when you sign up, we ensure you know the proper routes on how to cancel when that time comes.
To FREEZE- getjetstrong.com/freeze - You can freeze your membership for up to 90 days each year of your membership. There is a $10 freeze fee. Why would you do this... It will save you from paying any enrollment and start up fees but going through the sign up process again. This form is a 7-day notice form.
To CANCEL- getjetstrong.com/cancel - You will be filling out a 30 day cancellation form. This means that if you want your membership be over in December, you need to fill out the cancellation form on or before your Novembers' payment date. That payment will serve as the final payment falling in the 30-day window to cancel. If you have a 12 month agreement or a personal training contract (private or small group training )please see below.
