You are filling out a 30-day Cancellation Notice, as outlined in your initial tour with a JET staff.  As we went over then, just to clarify- there will be one finally payment that falls in your cancellation notice. You will have access to your membership for the month you paid for.

  1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change. Enrollment fees will be applied when reactivating unless there is a promotion going on at that time.Numbered bullet list item
  2. If you are traveling, injured, or just falling on hard times and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Freeze Request for a 30, 60 or 90 day period. (www.getjetstrong.com/freeze). There is a $5/month freeze fee associated with putting your membership on hold.
  3. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement.  Note that you WILL have a scheduled payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. You will have access to that month's membership.
  4. If you are in a 12-month contract for a basic, premium, or elite, you will have a $189 early termination fee that will be added to your final payment. If you've completed your initial 12 months, you have since entered a month to month agreement.
  5. If you have a personal training membership(ALL-ACCESS), you will be responsible for 50% of the remaining balance to the package you committed to.
